Sketch Coming Soon

Following an initial consultation to understand each client's needs, a proposal is prepared that includes preliminary schematic sketches alongside an outlined scope of work, estimated timeline, and associated fees. Once agreed upon, a formal schedule and list of deliverables is established — a shared guide that keeps both parties aligned as the project progresses toward its goals.

Some projects benefit from additional expertise. During this early stage, consultants whose involvement could meaningfully enhance the work are identified. A client with a significant art collection, for instance, may wish to engage specialists in humidity and lighting control to safeguard and complement their pieces. An acoustic consultant can be invaluable for clients drawn to the character of a historic property who nonetheless prefer a quieter daily experience. The earlier these conversations begin, the greater the benefit.

Interior designers are frequently engaged by clients in the early phases of a project. Collaborative partnerships with design firms across the country have demonstrated the value of working alongside other creatives.
